This is all such a surreal moment in life. All my life I have been raised to think and prepare for my mission. And now that time has come I have lived it, I have tried my hardest to sanctify it, and I have loved it; now it is the greatest two years of my whole entire life. There is nothing in my life that has been greater than this. I know that there will moments that will have great impacts on my life there are yet years to live trials to endure and moments to be loved. But none will have ever set me on a more correct path than the two years I have tried to devote to our Father in Heaven.
I don't have much to say I will see you all so stinking soon. Start the count down :) Im coming home :)

Man... Ha i have been sitting here for the past like 20 mins just staring at my flight plans and all that jazz.... I honestly have no idea what to think right now. My last full week of being a missionary. Bitter sweet does not even come close to describing the feelings that i have right now. I honestly dont know how to feel. For the past two years my life has not been my will, or at least i have tried to make it so. The last two years have been life changing, I have been saved by my mission. I live in probably one of the weirdest places on the face of the planet or at least the most opposite place of our beloved small town Tremonton. But i have come to love the people more than anything in the world. Ha i dont know if i have said this but in my patriaricle blessing it tells me that i will go and "serve a very special people". And i have, for the past two years i have served Gods children of the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania mission. I have tried my hardest to help our Father in Heaven bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man. I have one week remaining but i have full confidence in saying that i have given it my all...
Ah really i have no idea what to say right now haha. I get to see yall in just over a week... When did this even happen. Ha i dont even know how to be a normal person any more... Or that is how i feel right now haha... This is one of the hardest letters i have to wright right now. So if i dont email next week it will be because next week will be even harder ha. Just ask me tons of questions and that will probably be the only way i will be able to email you next week ha...
I am doing really good i am getting fed real well this week! Its all bitter sweet but yeah i have a meal every night this week, last night we had two. That was ROUGH! This next week i am just trying to make it as full as possible ha i just want to stay busy so far so good! We have a few lessons with some new people so that will be sweet! I head to the mission home in a week from today. I go to one last transfer meeting and then yes i spend the night there in the mission home. There aint to much you can do just pray haha like you said :)... That is sweet to hear about Andrea!! I am so happy for them! Tell Nic that i am proud of him as well!! And Savannah is a boss!! I love you all so much!

HA ah man I have been sitting here for like 50 mins just trying to think of what to say! I really don't remember a whole lot of what happened this week. It was a really quite week. Talked to a lot of people on the streets hopefully we will be picking people up as new investigators. We have a lesson with one tonight so just pray that it all goes well! It was pretty cool yesterday at church we had just some random lady come to church. Her name is Megan and she was a boss!! She stayed at a Marriot like a year ago and saw the Book of Mormon in her room and just looked through it not to much, but from that night she has not been able to get this stuff off her mind and she is like going crazy and has been on the web site like every day. I think she has read more books about the church than I even knew existed. She has been raised in a lot of different churches and is just so confused on where the truth really is. She has had the feeling that she has needed to come to church for a while now and has been pushing it off. So finally yesterday it just so happened that she woke up at like 5 and couldn't go back to bed so she thought well this is the day that I will do it! And boy was she awesome!! She is married and both her and her husband are interested in the church but she feels she is a few steps ahead of him so she is going home and just telling him all that she learned and all that jazz!! She was so cool! That was pretty exciting!
Okay I will answer your questions
#1 Yes I want so badly to go to the temple!!! My goal and I hope that you and Dad will be able to join me is go once a week. I was promised by and Apostle of the Lord David A. Bednar that if I go to the temple every week I will never fall away. So that is my goal.
#2 NOOOOOOOOO Dentist appointments on my only day back before I leave again I will not have that devil man be putting crazy devices in my mouth. ;)
#3 I probably do?... Not sure though
#4 I have no idea... Somewhere good though I thought about Eastern Winds but that is way out of the way
#5 The Francis Family! Mindy Grandma Brandy Any friends that want to go I really don't know haha I just cannot wait to see these people that I love so much!!
#6 Yeah you can make one if you would like :)
Everything here is good, I was shot at the other day. But its all good the Lords protecting hand was with me. :) (Just pray for my protection casue if it happens again I get transferred for like a week...)
Just kidding that really didn't happen, kind of. I just have been reading The Other side of Heaven and I just want to be like him, we are watching that when I get home if pres doesn't let me watch it in the mission home :) Like that night. Oh yall best have a whole thing of movies waiting for me cause that is what we will be doing after my meeting with the Stake Pres. ( read The Other Side of Heaven!!! Its such a great book!)
Oh I remembered what happened this week!! I had my last interview with Pres Johnson!! Yeah I cried just a lot :) That was sweet!
I love you all!! Pray that I may stay focused!

Well well well.... Ha it gets to the point of I really just don't know what to say.... Ha so I will just give ya a play by play of what is going on here at the Library. The man across from me is getting mad at the computer cause he doesn't know how to print so he when and asked for help. There is another man that just came in and is just covered in mud... No idea why. Elder Sorensen just sneezed next to me. Elder Harper is watching some random movie on lds news room cause he gets hand written letters from home. Some lady with some pink hair just walked in, she should have just stuck with her original hair color. I just watched the new youth theme video it was cool I liked it...
Man haha I really just don't know what to say! This week has been a totally different one, it seems like it flew by at the same time it took forever to get it over with. But its gone! We are just trying to find new people to teach. We did have one of our Less Active people bring a friend to church yesterday that was pretty sweet! New Years was okay haha not to much happened. We went over to Crazy Linda we had some kind of food, I really am not sure what it was all the only thing that I could identify was the hot dogs. Every year they start it off with pork and some other stuff that I don't know what it is called and its not good at all!! Its like onions and lettuce in vinegar. Not good in my opinion! Oh up date of the library we just had a lady come sit down she seems pretty nice ;). We went over to Sister Eldrige again... I think that is how you spell her name... But she made a FEAST!! SO GOOD!!! I honestly could not eat another bite that night! It was so good though!
The whole school thing I just don't know ha everything is so up in the air and I still got like 3 weeks to figure it all out nbd... Okay so just one trunky thought ONLY 3 weeks! Okay done. It has been a struggle to focus I wont lie but u really have learned a lot from this point on my mission I really do get to see if with in the next three weeks I will just roll over and die or commit to myself and the Lord that I will work like this the night before the second coming! I have been reading a lot of books about the time of Joseph Smith and the faith that those saints had! I so badly want to be at that point as those saints! Right now that is the biggest desire of my heart! I have all the tools that I need to become that way we all do, now what we have to do is put those tools to good work. Unlike the tools that man makes, the tools that God gives us will never wear away of become dull or unusable. These are tools that have withstood the trial of time! They worked then and they do work still today!
I think I am good right now just really distracted ha! As this man said on the street the other day "I am to blessed to be stressed, and to anointed to be disappointed." Life motto! I love you all so much!

Oh man well what a week! So to start the week off we had my last zone conference.... Wow saddest thing of my life having to say goodbye to some missionaries that i love so so much was just the hardest thing i have done sense i left you all. But also during that time i was asked to bare my departing testimony as well. Ha all i could do was crack jokes to make sure that i didnt just bawl my stinking eyes out! It was really interesting standing up there and giving my last testimony in front of all the missionaries that i have come to love so much. But as i was standing there i really feel like i had the chance to just reflect on my mission for a second, i honestly am not the same person i was 3 years ago. Through the atonement of our Lord Jesus Christ i have changed for the better. My interests are the same my hobbies are still the same, but me as a person has changed. And i love it. The past two years of my life has been the greatest two years of my life. Its crazy to think that it is even coming this close to closing... I will miss it a lot!
Okay enough of that! We do have another baptism coming it was supposed to be this up coming saturday but we have to push it back a week which is cool, she is still solid just hasnt come to church enough :). I did get the camera, whos was it before? Ha there was an sd card in there already and i just had some random pic of someone sitting at the computer hahaha it was funny! We are at 1 o'clock church as well here we have three different wards that go to the same building as us. One of them is a YSA ward so that is always rough cause they always have food!! But at the end of the year we will switch to 9 as well! Man you all have so many christmas parties! Ha i am going to miss them so much this year i can already tell! Ha but Skyping home to yall on Christmas will be the greatest thing ever! Ha its gonna be awesome just cause i will see you this month and next month i will get to see yall again! But that last time will be a lot better than that first ;). Oh man ha next month... That is scary to say! But i will try not to open that present... It will be hard ;) Hey have you guys seen that He is the Gift video if not watch it and share it with people okay? And the camera it self didnt get stolen my sd card did... Ha its whateves :) Hey i love you all so much! I really hope that this Christmas we all will focus on what truly matters and that is the Birth of our Lord and Savior even Jesus Christ! He is the greatest gift given to all of man kind :)

What a week... Ha well to start things off I will give yall the bad news... I lost my sd card... My whole mission is gone with the wind haha oh man all I can do is laugh cause if not I start to cry, I mean if it was at the beginning of my mission that would have been all good but nope it happened two months before my mission ends :).
Okay you debby downer on to happier things! Well the area is stinking sweet! I honestly am loving being in a walk area first off and second being down town. Saturday we went down town we got a guy that lives on the strip here in down town and so we went and tried to contact him but I forgot his address and our list of addresses and we didn't have a key to get back in to our apartment cause I was on exchanges oh and I for got the guys name... I was thinking it was John when we were over there so we were trying to ask people if John lived here and everyone was telling us no, but turns out that the guys name is Stephen.... HAHA dang it I love me! So sense all that fell through we went to Market Square and looked at all the Christmas stuff and tried to talk to people. Turns out that people don't like it if you come up to them while they are shopping and try to interrupt them in their "shop mode"... Cause if we talk to them they will not be able to find all the good buys and have to buy all the expensive stuff. Who would have thunk it ;) haha in my opinion everything there was expensive but I also live off of 135 a month so its been PB&J for the last 7 months ;).
We are teaching a few people right now one will be getting baptized on the 13 of this month her name is Patti. She is a single mother of a 2 year old boy and is the coolest person! She is just so humble and willing to do things to bring herself and her son closer to God. We haven't been able to meet with her a whole bunch but she is still the coolest cat around here! Our other investigator Gregory who was just baptized got the priesthood yesterday! He and his family are amazing! I love them so much!
Oh Thanksgiving was pretty sweet! We had a Turkey Bowl!! It was so muddy and so stinking fun!! Whole cow was it awesome! That started at like 9 that morning and when until like 1130ish oh man it was a throw back to the good ole days, pretty much just tried to relive my glory days through that game ;) but more than anything I wound up on the ground at the end of every play and was sore for the next few days, it still aint fully gone ;). But that is what I call living my glory days! After that we went and spent most of the day with Miss Vikky and her family we cooked with them and all that jazz it was super fun actually! There was a lot of none members there and we talked with all of them and at the end we gave a sweet little lesson with all of them and a lot of them said that they want to learn more! So we will see what happens there! After that we went over to the Alvarados they are a Family that has moved here from Puerto Rico, man was their food good! TONS of rice! So good! I gained like 30 pounds that day! But at the Alvarados the Matembus were there as well, that is Gregory and his family They are the bees knees!
But I am glad to hear that you all had a great week! I love you all so much!

The weeks honestly just are flying by... I dont really know how i feel about it all flying by so fast! Like i honestly think others are more trunky for me then i am for myself! Every time i see my district they tell me how many days i have left and all that crazy jazz. Like this morning i called some people in my district to see what the plan was for our pday and they were all telling me that after today i only have 9 more pdays, 9 more times to email home 9 more this 9 more that! It is actually a little more annoying now than funny haha ;)! I am super stoked to come home and see all yall, but i would honestly not mind staying out and doing this just a little longer. Like my picture perfect life actually would be to be home and everyday be able to do all this but just at the end of the day be able to come home and see all yall!
Anyways off all that trunkie talk! We had our first Baptism this weekend! Sweet!!!! This family is the most amazing family in the world! So the way that they got over here was through an agency and that agency takes the people around and introduces them to other people that the agency helped being like other people from South Africa. And so last wednesday we went and had dinner over at their house and they invited all the other people that they have met through the agency to come and hear the message that we were gonna share! There was like 20 extra people in there! And we saw a miracle! Or at least we think we did! Ha so the Matembus they dont have a lot of money right now and with the extra 20 people they didnt have enough food so they let Elder P and i go first on getting food and seein the amount of food we took a little trying to leave enough for all the other people! So we had our food and we were sitting down and the other people came out with just PILES of food on their plates! I mean even the kids that were there! They all just had tons of food! And Elder P and i looked at each other like dang!! After we were all done eating there was still just a little left over! But we honestly did not think that there was going to be enough to feed us all 20 plus the Matembu Family and us two missionaries there was alot of stinking people! But the Lord provided! It was honestly the craziest thing in the world! But anyways the Baptism was amazing! We had so much support from a lot of the members and it was just the greatest thing ever!
Well i like to think of myself as the David Archeleta of my mission now well me and my district we are singing two times this year for christmas in to different programs! Ha it should be fun but what i am most excited about is what we are doing for Thanksgiving! We have been invited to two different places and we are just gonna be chillin with the two families all day! On top of all that at 9 that morning we are having our Turkey Bowl!!! I guess its a huge deal in our ward like people are dressing up and they order 12 dozen doughnuts! And most of the time the elders go home with half of them ;) that may be the most exciting part of it all!
Well i am super happy to hear that all is well over there all is well here just trying to stay out of the trunk and stay focused! It may or may not be getting hard as the days go by ;) I love you all so so much! And that little baby cousin looks like a stud!
