Well I am finally a man, I have to shave every day.... ;) well this week has been slow not to much has been going on. My companion got sick one day and the next day i woke up sick... So two days of sitting inside doing nothing was awesome...... NOT!!! Never get sick being a missionary! They pretty much are the worst days of your life! We are really working hard in trying to reactivate people and bring more investigators in to the waters of baptism. Our church house is in the nest town over, and it takes like 35 mins to get there from were we live. So we have been given a number of 35 more people coming to church and they would be able to build a church right here in town! So the missionary work here in town has had a huge push! The ward here is pretty awesome! You can tell that they really do love us missionaries and they back us up in missionary work quite a bit! Its never really dawned on me that as members we play a huge roll in missionary work. Us as missionaries we are supposed to ask all members for referrals or friends, family members, or just neighbors that the missionaries can go over and talk with them! The ward has pick that up a little sense we have had a reason to. But that shouldn't be the reason that they pick it up, they should do it cause they made a promise to always proclaim the Gospel the day they themselves stepped in to the waters of baptism. We all in a sense are missionaries, we all have that call to always bring our lost brothers and sisters to the fold.
So one more week in this transfer, and i could be moved to some place else, or my companion could, or i could stay here in Hershey with my companion for another six weeks.... I think you all know which one i don't want ;). No i really have been working on trying to be more Christ like and have a true love for him. Its kind of funny, I thought that i was patient before my mission, yeah i wasn't  I have learned a whole new level of patients, and i have learned to pray, A LOT! Its really funny how the Lord puts you through weird little trials, or the hardest trials of your life, and in the end you wouldn't give up those trials for the world! They really are the things that make me, me. The Lord does know what he is going, and it is through that knowledge it is truly so much more easy to become as humble and dependent on the Lord as a child is to their Earthly parents. Ha I just love this Gospel!
Well that is awesome that Casey is finally on his way! It sounds as if he will be an amazing missionary! And I am glad things are becoming more normal as the days go by. But really its only in two weeks?!?! That is crazy!! Where has the time gone! After that i will only have three more time on my mission that we will get to talk to each other, weird. So I have been out for three months and it feels like i was crying like a little baby saying my goodbyes just the other day.... But tell Nicholas that this time will fly by! I'll be home before he knows it! Its weird to think, we have just a small understanding of how small this life on Earth really is. If you think of a line drawn through all the eternities, and you wrap just a yarn around that line that is our life here on earth. Now think of how small two years is compared to that! Ha I just love everything about this Gospel! You can relate it to everything in life! Well I love all of you!!
